📋 Description
• Responsible for maintaining and elaborating our complex design systems • Designing consistent interfaces for apps • Guiding them through development implementation • Developing hypotheses to improve user experience • Collaborating closely with the development team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years as a UI/UX Designer • Strong portfolio with real projects, including at least one full UX case study • Proven experience developing and maintaining complex design systems • Proficiency in Figma and Jira or similar • Availability to overlap with US working hours (8:00–11:00 AM PT) to ensure effective collaboration with the US-based part of the team • Strong command of English (B2+) and Russian (C1+).
