📋 Description

• You'll be the person home service providers hear from first - your job is turning those conversations into partnerships • Your day starts with digging into HubSpot to see who responded overnight • You're having real conversations with handymen, contractors, and service pros - figuring out how we can help them get more customers • Between calls, you're tinkering with our AI outreach tools, tweaking sequences

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in outbound sales, business development, or partnerships - ideally at a startup where you had to figure things out as you went • Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus) and marketing automation tools, and you actually enjoy using them to get better results • Experience talking to small business owners and understanding how they think - you can have real conversations without sounding scripted • Naturally curious about what makes things work • Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast - you'd rather test something imperfect today than wait for the perfect plan next month
