• Serve as the primary, direct point of contact for our premium UK client base, managing expectations, retaining accounts, and building deep-seated trust remotely. • Work completely independently from your remote workspace to oversee client deliverables, coordinate internally, and resolve complex roadblocks without needing hand-holding. • Translate technical or operational updates into clear, polished, and professional business language for overseas stakeholders. • Proactively monitor client health, anticipate their business needs, and identify opportunities to add further value to their operations. • Maintain the exceptionally high bar of service, communication, and responsiveness that our clients expect, utilizing modern remote collaboration tools.
• Proven track record working directly with Western (specifically UK, US, or European) agencies. • Top-tier agency experience is a strict requirement. • Exceptional verbal and written English skills. • A self-starter attitude with a reliable home office setup (high-speed internet and power backup). • Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to think on your feet when dealing with high-stakes client situations.
