📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close • Manage inbound opportunities while generating outbound pipeline within strategic accounts and verticals • Conduct consultative discovery conversations focused on compliance, safety, workforce training, and operational challenges • Deliver tailored SaaS demonstrations and value-based presentations • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across EHS, HR, Operations, Compliance, and executive teams • Develop ROI-driven business cases and negotiate SaaS agreements • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account activity within Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience • Proven success managing full-cycle SaaS sales opportunities from prospecting through close • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations • Strong consultative selling, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing skills • Experience generating outbound pipeline and new business opportunities • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools • Strongly Preferred • Experience selling EHS, compliance, safety, workforce training, LMS, risk management, or operational software solutions • Experience selling into manufacturing, construction, utilities, energy, healthcare, transportation, logistics, or other regulated industries • Familiarity with operational risk management, compliance initiatives, workforce development, or industrial safety environments
