📋 Description
• Manages a book of insurance business and provides professional, courteous service • Supports Producers and/or Account Executives in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business • Works closely with Producers and other HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal • Prepares and implements all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts • Makes recommendations to clients in response to changes • Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service issues • Identifies opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of other HUB products and services
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma / GED • 2-5 years insurance industry experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience • Property & Causality License
