📋 Description

• Develop and manage project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot. • Involved in discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations. • Manage project scope, assess requirements, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Develop project plans that meet stakeholder needs and deliver desired outcomes within budget. • Partner with Resource Managers to predict and allocate necessary resources accurately. • Create and manage a budget reflecting the scope of work and resource requirements. • Complete, distribute, and store all project documentation. • Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals. • Monitor communications and ensure all client communication is being responded to and dealt with.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field. • Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects. • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training. • Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable. • Profienct in English and French at a business level.
