📋 Description

• Develop project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot • Manage projects from discovery through implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations to completion • Plan and manage project budgets and resources • Create, distribute, and file all project documentation • Prepare briefings and clarify unclear or incomplete matters • Monitor project progress and provide regular client updates • Identify and resolve issues by bringing together the appropriate stakeholders • Ensure the timely handling of all client inquiries • Analyze project performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate and manage project risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field • Several years of senior-level professional experience in systems integration and/or CRM implementation projects • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, ideally supported by relevant formal training • Experience in a consultancy, agency, or software development company is highly advantageous • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent or business-level proficiency in English and French • Residency in one of the specified countries, along with the relevant right to work
