• Conduct high-volume prospecting to identify qualified leads (new users and potential customers) • Understand customers’ needs and challenges using sales methodologies such as BANT • Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads, ensuring you meet monthly targets • Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies and plans • Conduct market research to expand HubSpot’s customer base
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English • A strong desire and commitment to build a career in tech sales • Sales and prospecting experience • Strong goal orientation with a proven approach to achieving targets • Ability to handle and overcome objections • Receptive to feedback and open to coaching • Strong organizational and time management skills • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry • Experience in a high-growth "scale-up" environment is a plus but not required
