• Manage a mix of services, associated products, and regular visits to key account clients • Develop new clients to actively pursue sales of equipment and systems • Deliver revenue and account objectives • Plan strategies and coordinate efforts to meet required sales targets and forecasts • Understand customer base and company technology, products, and services • Position company as a true business partner within accounts • Ensure sound year-over-year growth in revenues, market share, and reputation • Use consistent data input and sales reporting systems • Foster teamwork, communication, and cooperation across departments • Inform the VP of Sales about significant new opportunities • Develop and maintain personal contact with key customers • Manage inquiries and work with bids and technical marketing department • Maintain communication with technical and project personnel regarding quotations • Produce weekly reports to the VP of Sales detailing calls and appointments
• +10 years experience in Oil & Gas Market • +10 years experience in Sales • Degree in a related field • Postgraduate Studies / MBA • Analytical with strong modelling / optimization skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision • Demonstrates excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Highly energetic and able to handle demanding situations professionally • Able to establish long-lasting relationships with clients • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally • Ability to work flexibly in a changing environment • Strong time management skills • Attention to detail, problem solver, collaborative, and results-driven • Fully bilingual in English/Portuguese; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
