📋 Description
• Enhance training efforts across Hudl’s suite of data products • Act as a subject matter expert for Hudl StatsBomb, API and DaaS • Align the Sales team and customers on short- and long-term goals • Understand customer workflows and educate customers to ensure product success • Represent elite customer needs and provide product feedback to Hudl • Collaborate with Support, Sales and Education on customer training and onboarding strategy • Surface customer insights and execute customer training and onboarding
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English and German • Data analytics skills, preferably in a sports context • Skills including JavaScript, Python or R, SQL, Tableau, and data modeling • Experience working closely with customers, including training and educating them • Motivation to improve the customer experience • Ability to remain flexible with schedules and communication in dynamic environments • Ability to partner with product teams to advocate for customer needs and share insights • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve challenging problems • Hudl Pro Suite experience is a nice-to-have • Experience influencing or supporting SaaS product development for sports is a nice-to-have
