• Hultafors Group is currently searching for an experienced Area Sales Representative to support our Personal Protective Equipment, in particular Snickers Workwear & Solid Gear. • Goal is to establish and grow market share for PPE supplied products across multiple distribution channels. • Responsible for managing the execution of sales, marketing, and operational programs for assigned accounts. • Plan and implement sales strategies to drive growth in all channels of distribution within territory. • Develop strategic, long-term relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels of customers. • Grow sales and expand customer base through key account conversions. • Identify new product opportunities and drive growth throughout assigned accounts. • Organize end user sales calls in territory and include Product Managers. • Develop forecasting and sales estimates and communicate to senior leadership. • Gain comprehensive understanding of product line, competitive environment and overall industry dynamics. • Provide competitive intelligence on a regular basis, being the “in the field” expert on key customer personnel and product launches. • Develop and execute specific territory plans to achieve sales and profit goals. • Manage the continual improvement of customer relationship while penetrating the assigned account’s organization beyond the buyer level. • Prepare annual business plan for territory to support HGNA strategy. • Support Customer and National Trade Show events as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or other business or commercial discipline from an accredited university or college. • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience (including strategic selling and negotiation). • Knowledge of manufacturing environment and sales organizations with multiple channels of distribution. • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as required (Approximately 75%). • Strong presentation, PC and negotiation skills. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. • Experience working in a team environment where the performance of others affects personal success. • Highly customer centric and service oriented; self-confident & creative thinker. • Motivated self-starter, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). • Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow up skills. • Good problem-solving skills.
