📋 Description

• Continuously monitor the activities performed by the team, ensuring through daily oversight that planned results are achieved based on analysis of key indicators and adherence to SLAs. • Promote team development by encouraging training and knowledge sharing with subject-matter experts. • Monitor team performance using reports and metrics, ensuring requests are handled effectively and resolved within established deadlines. • Participate in internal and external meetings related to the provider network and the needs of the patients served. • Prepare daily reports for leadership, organize task distribution, ensure delivery of results, and provide ongoing support to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Technologist degree with postgraduate qualification; • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; • Experience in credentialing; • Experience in administrative functions; • Knowledge and experience in process standardization, training, and performance indicators.
