📋 Description

• Conduct a hands-on technical audit of a large, complex inherited FlutterFlow application • Investigate the actual application through approximately 10 hours of paid secure virtual-environment access • Assess the current architecture and explain why parts are difficult to work with • Determine whether problems arise from FlutterFlow or implementation choices • Evaluate FlutterFlow usage, custom code, unnecessary complexity, performance, maintainability, non-programmer participation, deployment processes, completion requirements, and production-scale suitability • Produce an executive assessment • Document architecture findings and root causes of development and performance problems • Assess FlutterFlow-native versus custom-code implementation • Assess maintainability, production/deployment readiness, scale readiness, and white-label readiness where applicable • Create a prioritised remediation plan and clear completion recommendation • Estimate effort and dependency sequencing • Conduct a live walkthrough of findings • Identify evidence inside the project supporting every major finding • Provide application shipment, build, inheritance, scale, user-base, white-label, deployment, audit/rescue, and production app evidence when applying

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptionally experienced FlutterFlow specialist • Deep experience with large production FlutterFlow applications • Experience with complicated multi-screen applications • Experience with FlutterFlow architecture and maintainability • Experience with Flutter/Dart and generated FlutterFlow code • Experience with API-heavy applications • Experience with authentication, application and page state, caching, and offline/slow-network behaviour • Experience with custom actions/functions/widgets • Production performance debugging experience • App Store and Google Play deployment experience • Experience with environments and release workflows • GitHub / FlutterFlow CLI workflow experience • Experience with inherited FlutterFlow applications • White-label or multi-brand application experience • Component/design-system architecture experience • Production QA and release management experience • Direct experience with FlutterFlow applications serving 500,000+ users, ideally approaching or exceeding 1 million users • Ability to explain personal role and provide reasonable/verifiable evidence • NDA and controlled access required
