📋 Description

• Identify and connect with potential partners across North America. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of partner conversations and opportunities. • Nurture relationships from first contact to activation, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition. • Maintain clear documentation and organization across outreach and CRM tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development) • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments with an HR focus • Strong organizational and time management skills • Fluency in English is required; advanced Spanish is a plus
