📋 Description
• Manage tech and business-related projects end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through delivery • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and partners • Build project charters and RACI matrices • Run steering meetings and stand-ups • Track risks and critical path • Report progress to stakeholders • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in cross-country, fast-paced environments • Undertake occasional short-term travel
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field • 4–5 years of experience in Project Management or as a Scrum Master • Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions in insurance, telco, banking, or mobility, across digital or retail domains • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience • Fluent English, verbal and written, required • Additional Spanish, German, or French preferred • Formal Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred • Exposure to Agile project management and development processes preferred • Technical development background or ability to understand and communicate technical concepts preferred • Experience balancing hands-on problem solving with team coordination preferred
