📋 Description

• Keep imaging and surgical workflows running smoothly. • Diagnose reported issues by analyzing workflows and data. • Build, test, and validate changes in Epic Radiant. • Support OpTime and Cardiology interface workqueues as needed. • Complete upgrade notes and upgrade build, testing changes ahead of go-live. • Document requirements, build decisions, and test results clearly. • Deliver assigned work in line with SLAs, quality standards, and performance expectations. • Proactively identify issues and escalate when risk exceeds defined thresholds. • Partner with customer and internal stakeholders to align on priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years delivering scoped analyst work focused on problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation. • Active Epic Radiant and Epic OpTime certifications, required at time of hire. • Hands-on Radiant experience, paired with operational and clinical workflow knowledge. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work autonomously and stay self-sufficient in Radiant. • Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong attention to detail and time management.
