📋 Description

• Manage relationships with existing members, including regular communication and follow-ups • Build a consistent approach to member engagement and identify opportunities to increase involvement and support renewals • Understand member needs, interests, and priorities and follow up on relevant opportunities • Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders across the payments industry • Maintain accurate member records, contacts, and engagement activity in relevant systems • Use Zoho Backstage to manage member and event information, including attendee lists and RSVPs • Support member events, roundtables, and communications as needed • Manage emails, follow-ups, and member enquiries professionally and on time • Use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Asana to manage communication, tasks, and information • Work independently, manage priorities, and make sound decisions without close supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • At least 3 years of experience in account management, relationship management, customer success, membership, client services, or a similar role • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior professionals • Excellent written and verbal English • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through • Good judgement and a professional approach when dealing with members and external stakeholders • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Comfortable using CRM, membership, event management, and productivity tools • Experience with Zoho Backstage is an advantage • Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or an industry association is an advantage • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile, clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”
