📋 Description

• Manage the Shopify platform end-to-end • Build a dedicated B2B/wholesale ordering experience alongside the consumer store • Lead the broader site revamp • Own product and inventory setup in Unleashed • Ensure SKUs, stock levels, campaign codes, and discount codes flow accurately from Shopify to warehouse operations • Maintain integrations with Xero, Starshipit, and payment gateways • Identify how AI and modern e-commerce tools can improve the current setup • Help scope and guide rebuild work

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, including B2B/wholesale functionality, discounting, and campaign setup • Solid working knowledge of Unleashed or a comparable inventory management system and storefront integrations • Comfortable working with APIs, payment gateways, and shipping platforms such as Starshipit • Familiarity with Xero or a similar bookkeeping platform is a strong plus • Proactive, systems-minded approach to identifying improvements • Nice to have: experience supporting social media content, paid ads, or SEO • Independent contractor engagement • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work • Reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
