📋 Description

• - Make **80–120+ outbound calls daily** to engage with prospective customers. • - Qualify leads and book meetings or demos for senior sales representatives. • - Manage, track, and update all customer interactions within a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • - Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. • - Deliver an **exceptional customer experience** through excellent verbal and written communication. • - Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets.

🎯 Requirements

• - **1-2+ years of SDR or telemarketing experience** in B2C sales. • - Comfort with **high call volumes** and structured outreach. • - Strong CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar). • - **Excellent verbal and written English communication** • - Resilient, competitive, and target-driven mindset. • - Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
