📋 Description

• - Conduct 80–100 outbound calls per day to engage B2B prospects. • - Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. • - Book qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain a consistent pipeline. • - Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points. • - Work closely with Account Executives to hand off sales-ready leads. • - Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and manage lead activity. • - Follow up diligently and creatively to maximise contact-to-meeting conversion. • - Continuously optimise outreach strategies based on feedback and results.

🎯 Requirements

• - 1+ years of outbound SDR or cold calling experience in a B2B environment. • - Proven success in high-volume calling roles (80+ calls/day). • - Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written. • - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo). • - Comfortable with rejection and resilient in hitting KPIs. • - Goal-driven, proactive, and highly coachable. • - Experience in SaaS, tech, or agency sales is a strong plus.
