📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities** • - Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking. • - Identify and qualify key decision-makers within target B2B accounts to build a robust sales pipeline. • - Articulate a clear and compelling value proposition to pique interest and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. • - Maintain meticulous records of lead activity and interactions within the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and follow-up. • - Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies based on market feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• - Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role specifically within the B2B SaaS or Technology sectors. • - Strong understanding of modern sales tech stacks and CRM management. • - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations. • - A resilient, self-motivated mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas. • - Ability to quickly learn technical product features and translate them into business solutions for prospects. • - Experience using advanced sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or Gong). • - Demonstrated success in a remote or hybrid sales environment. • - A strong professional presence on LinkedIn and experience with social selling.
