📋 Description

• Build and maintain sophisticated, three-statement financial models and valuation analyses to support fundraising and strategic decision-making. • Lead the creation of institutional-grade investor materials, including pitch decks, investment memorandums, and board presentations. • Manage the investor relations pipeline, drafting updates and performance reports for stakeholders. • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the consumer, food-tech, and logistics sectors. • Support capital raising initiatives by managing data rooms and responding to due diligence inquiries. • Partner with senior leadership to synthesize operational KPIs into financial forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. • 2–5 years of professional finance experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development. • Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (deck design). • Proven track record of creating investor-facing materials and pitch books. • Deep understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Comps, etc.) and three-statement modeling. • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work US Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
