📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify high-growth opportunities. • Monitor daily spend and performance metrics to ensure KPIs and ROAS targets are consistently met. • Execute continuous A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing visual assets and compelling messaging. • Provide detailed weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, offering actionable insights for future scaling. • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new Google Ads features to maintain a competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience managing complex Google Ads accounts with significant monthly budgets. • Proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing CPA across diverse campaign types. • Deep expertise in Google Ads Auction, Quality Score optimization, and Merchant Center management. • Proficiency in the modern marketing tech stack, including: • - Google Ads Editor • - Google Analytics 4 (GA4) • - Google Tag Manager (GTM) • - Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) • - SEMrush or Ahrefs • - Supermetrics or similar data integration tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic action. • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement). • Experience with script writing or automated bidding strategies. • Background in managing multi-channel attribution models. • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce. • Experience in a high-growth startup or agency environment.
