📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups. • Identify and qualify dealerships, automotive businesses, and fleet management prospects. • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives. • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. • Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities in the CRM system. • Research target accounts and identify decision-makers within automotive companies. • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and appointments booked. • Stay updated on automotive market trends and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• - 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, B2B sales within automotive industry • - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • - Experience with cold outreach and appointment setting. • - Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. • - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • - Strong organizational and time-management skills. • - Automotive industry knowledge or dealership sales experience is highly preferred. • - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. • - Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
