📋 Description

• Research and identify high-potential prospects within the legal sector to build a robust outbound pipeline. • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking. • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and qualify leads based on their needs and budget. • Partner closely with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and ensure a seamless handoff. • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to track activity, conversion rates, and territory insights. • Stay current on legal industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to act as a subject matter expert.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as an SDR or in a similar business development role. • Direct experience working within the LegalTech industry or selling professional services to law firms. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate conversations with senior partners and General Counsel. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of outreach without sacrificing quality. • Experience using modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • A background in law or a JD degree is a significant plus. • Experience selling SaaS solutions specifically into the "Big Law" market.
