📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling to decision-makers in Poland. • Qualify inbound leads and manage a consistent pipeline of meetings for the Account Executive team. • Localize sales messaging to ensure it resonates with the cultural and business nuances of the Polish market. • Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions and lead statuses within the CRM. • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies based on real-time market feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• - Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written) at a professional business level. • - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. • - A resilient, self-motivated mindset with the ability to handle objections gracefully. • - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks and follow-ups. • - A proactive approach to learning new products and sales methodologies. • - Previous experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role. • - Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms. • - A background in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
