📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach campaigns. • Identify and qualify potential customers in commercial and enterprise renewable energy markets. • Book meetings and demos for Account Executives. • Build and maintain accurate prospect pipelines using CRM systems. • Research target companies, industry trends, and energy needs to personalise outreach. • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting-generation KPIs. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. • Maintain detailed CRM records of all interactions and sales activity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales. • Experience in renewable energy, solar, clean tech, sustainability, utilities, energy consulting, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred. • Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience. • Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers. • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong resilience, motivation, and target-driven mindset. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.
