• - Research and identify high-potential B2B prospects within the Romanian market. • - Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach. • - Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings for the Account Executive team. • - Articulate the company's value proposition clearly in both Romanian and English. • - Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions and pipeline stages within the CRM. • - Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• - Native or professional-grade fluency in both Romanian and English (written and verbal). • - Proven experience in a Sales Development (SDR) or Business Development (BDR) role. • - Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification frameworks. • - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. • - A self-starter mindset with a high level of resilience and a goal-oriented approach. • - Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). • - Prior experience selling SaaS or technical solutions. • - Established network within the Romanian business landscape. • - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
