• - Conduct 100–120 outbound calls per day, focusing on high-quality conversations • - Book 10–15 qualified sales appointments per week for Senior Sales Executives • - Identify and engage decision-makers within HR, staffing, and recruitment firms • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Pipedrive CRM • - Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo and Microsoft 365 for prospecting and outreach • - Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging • - Support additional sales initiatives and pipeline-building activities as needed • - Occasional client visits in-person
• - Proven experience selling staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions • - Demonstrated success in appointment setting that led to closed revenue • - Strong outbound sales skills, particularly cold calling and lead generation • - Ability to work independently with high levels of motivation and discipline • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • - Strong attention to detail and CRM management experience • - Comfortable working in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment • - Prior experience in B2B telemarketing or outbound prospecting roles • - Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders • - Familiarity with sales tools such as Pipedrive and ZoomInfo
