• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent delivery against monthly and quarterly quotas. • Develop strategic account plans to penetrate target markets and expand the company's footprint. • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product, to refine sales messaging and improve the customer journey. • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain detailed records within the CRM. • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business challenges and positioning our solution as the primary driver of their success.
• Proven track record of success as an Account Executive, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional closing skills with experience navigating complex negotiations and procurement processes. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at the executive level. • Disciplined approach to pipeline management and territory planning. • Self-motivated and resilient mindset with a "hunter" mentality. • High level of professional integrity and a commitment to providing an excellent candidate and customer experience.
