📋 Description

• Engage with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and text • Help customers place and complete orders • Ask questions to understand customer needs • Recommend solutions and upsell additional services when appropriate • Manage multiple orders and conversations simultaneously • Use HubSpot and internal systems to generate quotes and complete orders • Stay current on products, vendors, and technology • Meet performance goals tied to orders processed and commission • Educate customers on available home-service options and help set them up with appropriate services

🎯 Requirements

• Truly motivated self-starters who want to grow and earn • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of talking to and helping customers • Comfortable multitasking and staying organized • Curious learner interested in technology and new products • Prior customer service or inside sales experience is a plus • Experience with HubSpot and Google Workspace is helpful
