📋 Description

• Gather business process and technical requirements from client stakeholders • Estimate design and configuration effort based on approved requirements • Design and build solutions using best practices and application development tools • Compose documentation outlining solution requirements • Demonstrate configured solutions or prototypes to customers • Test configured solutions and resolve issues • Create training materials and conduct customer training sessions • Develop and execute migration plans into production environments • Define upgrade plans and execute software upgrades • Participate in infrastructure discussions to define system infrastructure needs • Monitor project budget, scope, and timeline • Communicate issues with project managers and senior team members • Transition key information to technical support teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong investigative and analytical skills • Ability to ask probing questions and appropriately escalate issues • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Collaboration skills and self-motivated project management • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and software configuration in a customer-facing consulting environment • Ability to use sound judgment in complex customer situations • Experience developing training materials and conducting end-user training sessions • Familiarity with infrastructure concepts • Willingness to travel up to 30% annually, with flexibility for additional travel
