📋 Description

• Serve as the technical point of contact for customer engagements • Coordinate pre-sales meetings and translate customer needs into solution strategies • Design and deliver solution demonstrations connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes • Present proposed solutions to stakeholders and earn validation and buy-in • Partner with Global Services for seamless post-sale transition and customer handoff • Develop technical documentation and RFP responses • Complete a structured 3-month onboarding experience • Collaborate with senior engineers on content management and automation projects across Latin America • Travel regionally across Latin America after the initial onboarding period

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) — primary working language for this role • Technical foundation in one or more of: cloud technologies, databases, automation, content management, or workflow solutions • Ability to bridge technical and commercial considerations and understand the business impact of technology • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to engage and influence diverse audiences • Pre-sales, implementation, or solution engineering experience, or a strong technical background with drive to grow into pre-sales • English proficiency preferred • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Hyland products such as OnBase or Alfresco preferred • Background in enterprise content management, business process automation, or document management preferred • Experience from a technical implementation or professional services background preferred • Willingness to travel regionally across Latin America after the initial onboarding period
