📋 Description
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process from setup to activation • Configure, test, and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts, automations, and pipelines • Assist with Zapier integrations, data connections, and Google Suite documentation • Maintain client records, task tracking, and process notes for onboarding milestones • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent builds and smooth handoffs • Support GHL-related projects for other InnoStak clients as needed • Troubleshoot technical or workflow issues and escalate when required
🎯 Requirements
• Basic familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM/automation tools • Comfortable using Zapier and Google Suite • Excellent communication and organization skills • Attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly • Strong initiative and ownership mindset eager to grow within the role • Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time remotely • (Nice to Have) Prior exposure to SaaS onboarding or virtual assistant work • Experience with tools like Loom, Slack, or SmartSuite • Interest in automation, process design, or CRM systems
