📋 Description

• Contact prospects within 24 hours of booked tours to confirm details, share community benefits, and verify automated reminders • Log scheduled follow-ups in the CRM and contact prospects at the promised date/time via text, DM, or phone • Send post-tour recap messages within 24–72 hours • Answer routine questions and escalate complex inquiries to local leasing agents • Prompt completion of pending applications • Update prospect pipeline statuses, including Tour Scheduled, Showed, No-Show, Applied, and Signed • Maintain clean CRM notes and clear next actions for every lead • Support higher tour show rates and completed lease signings across assigned salon-suite locations • Connect marketing, in-person leasing agents, and incoming prospects

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales administration, or high-touch customer support • Exceptional written and spoken English • Warm, empathetic communication tone • Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven • Reliable time management and CRM task tracking • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST • Ability to nurture warm leads and coordinate across 8–14 U.S. locations
