📋 Description

• Handle sales calls and/or chats • Engage with customers to identify their needs and assist in retention efforts • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Provide accurate information about products and services • Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone, email, or chat • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services • Assist with customer retention efforts • Transfer non-sales-related calls to appropriate teams • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes through training and continuous learning modules • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year experience in an inbound or outbound sales role or equivalent, preferably in the call center environment • Experience in outbound sales preferred • Experience supporting customers via phone, chat and email preferred • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong negotiation and sales skills • Proficient in using computers and various software applications such as CRM Ninja • Must be based in the Philippines • Availability to work 9 AM to 6 PM EST, subject to change
