• Experience: 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, or sales (healthcare staffing experience preferred). • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing processes is a plus. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus).
