• Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound and inbound efforts. • Conduct product demos and sales calls to explain our prop trading SaaS and CRM solutions. • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their goals. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Collaborate with the tech and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client handovers. • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or trading-related industries. • Basic understanding of trading (Forex, CFDs, Crypto, etc.). • Familiarity with prop trading models (e.g., challenges, funded accounts, evaluation phases) is a huge plus. • Knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader, cTrader, or similar tools. • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. • Self-motivated and results-driven personality. • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
