📋 Description

• Facilitate investigator payments and review the financial aspects of clinical trials • Take responsibility for pricing and investigator payments deliverables • Process investigator payments accurately and timely according to study protocols • Maintain documentation and records related to investigator payments in compliance with regulatory requirements • Discuss with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and address investigator inquiries • Assert the development and implementation of processes to streamline investigator payment procedures • Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis related to investigator payments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field • 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investigator payments, such as the Sunshine Act and FMV • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as SAP or Oracle • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
