• Oversee contract management workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations • Manage the end-to-end contracts process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions • Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters, including interpretation of contract terms and resolution of disputes • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed • Maintain accurate records and documentation of contract activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry • Strong knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to clinical trials • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
