âą Support the administrative and financial management of assigned COA licensing projects âą Collect, verify, and maintain project and financial data to support accurate revenue recognition âą Verify COA data and information and save it in relevant tools âą Track project financials across budgets, invoicing, and internal systems âą Manage and process financial transactions, including invoice requests, validation, and follow-up âą Maintain accurate project trackers, financial records, and documentation âą Generate standard project and financial status reports âą Monitor timelines and follow up on pending actions, deliverables, and approvals âą Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners âą Identify and escalate data discrepancies or process issues âą Contribute to data quality and continuous improvement of tools and processes âą Perform other duties and tasks allocated at the reasonable discretion of the Company
âą 2+ years of experience in project administration, financial coordination, or similar roles âą Experience working with invoicing, budgeting, or revenue tracking processes âą Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data and financial information âą Good organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities âą Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team environment âą Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and data tracking tools âą Proactive and structured approach to work âą Experience in clinical research, COA licensing, or a similar environment is nice to have âą Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com is nice to have âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
