📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end processing and tracking of investigator payments • Coordinate pricing and investigator payments delivery • Ensure investigator payments are accurate, timely, and compliant with contractual terms and regulations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for investigator payments • Adhere to internal and external audit requirements • Provide guidance and training to junior staff on payment processes and compliance standards • Manage communication and relationships with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders • Address queries and payment concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field • Experience in financial operations, preferably in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry • Solid pricing and investigator payments experience • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
