📋 Description

• Lead proposal development tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement • Manage and oversee all aspects of the grant lifecycle, including proposal review, award management, compliance monitoring, and reporting • Analyze and evaluate grant proposals, budgets, and performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements • Ensure adherence to grant regulations, donor requirements, and internal policies, and implement best practices in grant management • Prepare and present reports on grant performance, financial status, and compliance, and make recommendations for improvements • Collaborate with finance, program managers, and external partners to support and optimize grant-related activities and initiatives • Stay informed about industry trends, funding opportunities, and regulatory changes • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff • Lead efforts to improve grant management processes and practices within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline • Extensive experience in grants management and administration, with a proven track record of managing complex grant processes and ensuring compliance • Deep understanding of grant regulations, donor requirements, and best practices in grant management • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate grant proposals, assess budgets, and provide strategic insights and recommendations • Proficiency in grants management software and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and team members • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple grants and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
