📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs that meet organizational needs and support employee growth • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online • Evaluate learning program impact and effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics • Make recommendations for program improvements • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on learning opportunities and career development paths • Take ownership of learning and organizational development deliverables and guide others

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field • Significant experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs • Strong track record of creating impactful training solutions • Proven ability to conduct needs assessments, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging learning experiences • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and utilizing data to drive improvements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and inspire a culture of learning • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 50% • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based • Advanced certifications in learning and development or instructional design are beneficial
