📋 Description

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of project objectives • Coordinate EU CTR Part II submission delivery in EU countries • Manage day-to-day project and programme management activities • Develop and execute project plans focused on project goals and objectives • Lead cross-functional teams to implement project activities successfully • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and define project scope • Mentor and guide team members, fostering excellence and continuous improvement • Drive development of project documentation and reports for stakeholders • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices • Contribute to organizational growth through project leadership and strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

• Good knowledge of EU CTR regulation • Experience in study start-up • Proficiency in risk assessment • Ability to lead and coordinate teams across different EU countries • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field • Extensive project management experience with a proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech projects • Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing and mentoring teams • Exceptional communication skills, including conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
