📋 Description

• You identify and develop new opportunities within organizations that have complex IT and security requirements • You target and engage relevant decision-makers — from CIOs and CISOs to security officers and compliance managers • You own the entire sales cycle through to contract signature • You manage complex tenders and deals and drive them to closure • You continuously expand existing customer relationships • You identify upsell and expansion opportunities around our SaaS and platform solutions • You analyze your customers' requirements in the areas of physical security, access management and compliance • You position ID-ware convincingly as a long-term, integrated platform solution • You work closely with Presales, Delivery and Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in software or solution sales, ideally in physical security or SaaS • You understand complex customer requirements and position the appropriate solution convincingly • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs and security officers • Confident presence and strong negotiation skills — including in complex procurement processes • Fluent German (business/professional level) and good command of English • IT affinity and a genuine interest in identity management and physical security
