📋 Description

• Manage IT projects as a Project Manager • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements • Manage projects using Scrum • Handle frequent shifts in priorities and project pivots • Administer Jira hands-on • Work with large datasets and metrics • Use AI daily in project operations • Collaborate with clients and internal teams • Work independently with minimal supervision • Travel occasionally for business to Germany or Portugal

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects • Startup experience is a strong plus • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements • Solid working knowledge of Scrum • Experience managing projects with frequent shifts in priorities and pivots • Proficiency with project management tools • Hands-on Jira administration experience • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets and metrics • English proficiency at C1+ level • Openness to occasional business travel a few times per year to Germany or Portugal • Daily, hands-on AI usage is required • Growth mindset and openness to feedback, change, and new technologies • Ownership and ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision • Practical, scalable problem-solving approach with a cross-functional perspective • Resilience in a rapidly changing startup environment • Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams
