📋 Description

• Support veterinary practitioners with diagnostic test selection, interpretation of laboratory results, and case management, including treatment options • Provide expert telephone consultations to veterinary surgeons during regular working hours • Discuss IDEXX diagnostic offerings, including test availability, specimen requirements, clinical utility, and result interpretation • Maintain and develop medical knowledge through self-directed learning, scientific meetings, internal continuing education, and literature review • Prepare newsletter articles and write or review laboratory diagnostic or service updates for new products or services • Prepare marketing, sales, or promotional materials as requested • Participate in IDEXX educational and organizational meetings • Collaborate with Customer Support, commercial, and laboratory teams to deliver accurate, practical, clinically relevant diagnostic solutions

🎯 Requirements

• A veterinary degree with the right to practice • Experienced clinician with extensive hands-on experience in Small Animal Internal Medicine • Additional qualifications or equivalent experience, or Board-Certification by ECVIM or ACVIM, are welcomed • Fluency in Polish and English is ideal; minimum would be English and/or English and Czech/Slovakian • German or Dutch language skills are an advantage • Collaborative, service-oriented approach and ability to work independently • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills • Pragmatic thinking and a high degree of resilience • Computer literacy • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with minimum 100 Mb/s download and 30 Mb/s upload • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods • Ability to work from a home office and travel from time to time as required
