âą Work closely with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support âą Install and train staff in clinics on IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems âą Assist with critical customer need visits âą Provide onsite technical support for equipment issues âą Manage schedule based on customer needs âą Build relationships with customers and peers âą Utilize various programs to strategize customer visits
âą Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience âą Training and/or leadership background strongly preferred âą Effective communication and collaboration skills âą Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships âą Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment âą Effective listening skills âą Comfortable with technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones âą Computer networking experience is a plus
