• Provide high-quality support to customers who use IDEXX analyzers for laboratory diagnostics • Ensure a smooth experience when troubleshooting hardware and software issues • Provide technical and handling support for analyzers • Coordinate equipment installations • Assist with hardware and integration issues • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries effectively • Guide customers through troubleshooting and offer practical tips
• Experience in customer support/service • Strong customer service orientation • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English • Knowledge of Czech is a plus • Training and work experience as a veterinary technician/assistant is an advantage • Technical affinity is a plus • High level of accuracy and analytical thinking • Motivated and enjoys working in a team and tackling new challenges
