• Provide support and advisory services to veterinary practices and clinics • Conduct on-site customer visits • Install and train users on IDEXX diagnostic analyzers • Develop strategies to expand customer relationships • Responsible for solution-oriented customer interactions
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience as a veterinary technician/assistant in a veterinary practice or clinic • Strong presentation skills • Familiarity with computer and tablet work • Strong technical aptitude and interest required • Good German language skills, both written and spoken • Working knowledge of English
